Location

Yosemite Westlake is located in a picturesque setting at an elevation of 3500 feet -- conveniently located just 25 minutes from yosemite and even less from numerous other activities and points of interest such as gold rush towns, horseback riding, two river rafting companies, bungie jumping, fishing, waterskiing, gold panning, nordic skiing, an off-road/motorcycle park, a hang-gliding park, the conveniences of home and much, much more!

To get here, take California interstate 99 to Modesto and follow Highway 132 and J 132 through Coulterville (located on Highway 49) to Greeley Hill.  Yosemite Westlake Campground and RV Park is at 6554 Greeley Hill Road (also called J132).

After you get to Coulterville (which you can also get to from Highway 49 in either direction) we are only 7 miles East and UP into the pine trees.  You’ll pass Fiske Road on the left; we’re about a half mile past that on the right -- right next to Yosemite Sam’s Restaurant and across the street from the Red Cloud Mini Market and Deli.

Due to the higher prices (and availability) of fuel in the Yosemite area it is a good idea to fill up in Modesto or at the Exxon station in Don Pedro prior to making the trip up the mountain.
